NO! We guarantee Rabbit products to befirst quality products, though in varying grades and stages of use. We do not sell seconds or items that have noted manufacturing defects.
DO ITEMS SHIP IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
MAYBE! A majority of our boots & bindings ship in their original boxes. For boards, we have a limited inventory of sleeves and will try to find one that fits your board the best. Though when we run out, we run out!

NO! RABBIT sells used, sample, and demo equipment and there are no manufacturer warranties implied or provided. Represented snowboard brand or brand-authorized retailer will not replace or repair any purchased product.
IS HARDWARE INCLUDED WITH BOARDS AND BINDINGS?
YES! We include and ship corresponding hardware with each board or binding purchase. Here is a recap of expected hardware.
Boards:
- Burton channel system – Channel hardware included
- Burton 3 hole – nothing included/hardware is part of a binding purchase.
- Forum 4 hole - nothing included/hardware is part of a binding purchase.
Bindings:

WHAT SIZE BOARD SHOULD I ORDER?
Choosing your snowboard size depends on a number of factors such as ability level, riding style, height / weight, boot size, and personal preference. Due to variety of size factors, it is difficult to tell you what or what not to purchase. Please use this chart as a starting reference point for selecting a snowboard size.

- When riding primarily in a park or freestyle, pick a board towards the shorter end of the size range
- When riding all mountain, powder, or freeriding, consider a snowboard on the longer end of the size range
- If you are above average in weight, consider a longer snowboard
- Beginners should aim for a shorter board in their size range
DO I NEED TO ORDER A WIDE (W) BOARD?
Depending on boot size, there might be a need to select a wide board. The goal of a wide board is to eliminate toe drag when making a toe side turn. Use this guide as a reference to see if you need a wide board.

WHAT TYPE OF BINDINGS SHOULD I ORDER?
RABBIT currently sells two types of bindings: Burton EST and Disc. EST bindings are designed exclusively for use with the Burton Channel / ICS system. Burton Re:Flex and Forum bindings feature a disc system that you can mount on either a Burton 3D or traditional 4-hole pattern.
