Our goal at RABBIT is to provide great gear at a great price and for you to be thrilled with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us at and offer us the opportunity to correct the situation.   

Due to the nature of our “AS IS” product we do have very specific return guidelines.  Please review our policy details and important items you need to know before initiating a return or making a purchase.

**Items to Note:

• Items returned must be in the same condition as received.  No refund will be issued if there is evidence of additional wear.
• We only accept returns for items noted in NEW, MINT, or VERY GOOD “condition”.
• We do not accept returns for items noted in GOOD, FAIR or POOR “condition".
• We will deduct $15 from your refund to cover our original shipping costs for returns due to non-Rabbit error (ie. don't like color, size, mounting setup)
  
• Return Shipping Charges: Are the responsibility of the Buyer and will be deducted from refund.
• We will always pay return shipping charges of any item due to our error.

To Initiate a Return:

1. Within 7 DAYS of item receipt email us at returns@rabbitsnowboard.com.  Please include Order #, Name, Size, and reason for return.  All returns will require a return authorization.
2. We will do our best to respond to your request within 2 business days and provide you with appropriate address & information.
3. Include all hardware - Include any and all hardware and accessories included with received shipment
4. Drop off Package at FedEx or U.S. Postal Service^® (USPS) within 2 business DAYS of return authorization.
5. Once RABBIT receives your return, please allow us 1 Week to inspect and process the item.  You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

To initiate an Exchanges:

Please return your item for a refund and then place a new order through our website.  Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

** RABBIT reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the above conditions are not met and item will be shipped back at buyer expense
